ब्राह्मणेषु च वृत्तिया पितृपैतामहोचिता । तामन्वेहि महाबाहो धर्मस्यैते हि देशिका:
brāhmaṇeṣu ca vṛttiyā pitṛpaitāmaho citā | tām anvehi mahābāho dharmasyāite hi deśikāḥ ||
Bhishma nói: “Hỡi bậc dũng lực, hãy noi theo cách ứng xử lâu đời đối với các Bà-la-môn như cha và ông ngươi đã làm. Vì chính các Bà-la-môn ấy là những bậc chỉ dạy và dẫn đường cho dharma.”
