सेयमासादिता साक्षात्‌ त्वद्धक्तिजन्मभिमया । भक्तानुग्रहकृद्‌ देवो य॑ ज्ञात्वामृतमश्लुते

seyam āsāditā sākṣāt tvad-bhakti-janmābhimayā | bhaktānugraha-kṛd devo yaṁ jñātvāmṛtam aśnute ||

“Nhờ sự tinh cần qua nhiều kiếp, nay ta đã đạt được—một cách trực tiếp và không còn nghi ngờ—lòng sùng kính đối với Ngài. Ngài là Đấng Chúa tể thiêng liêng vĩ đại, ban ân cho kẻ mộ đạo; do thật sự biết Ngài, bậc trí đạt đến bất tử (giải thoát).”

Devotion is not merely emotion but a hard-won attainment cultivated over many lives; when it matures into direct realization of the Lord, it draws divine grace. True knowledge of the Lord—supported by devotion—leads to ‘amṛta’, i.e., liberation beyond death.
