अध्याय १६ — शङ्कर-उमा-वरदानम् तथा तण्डि-स्तुतिः (Śaṅkara–Umā Boon-Granting and Taṇḍi’s Hymn)
नूनमद्य कृतार्था: सम नून॑ प्राप्ता: सतां गतिम् । यां गतिं प्रार्थयन्तीह ज्ञाननिर्मलबुद्धयः
nūnam adya kṛtārthāḥ sma nūnaṁ prāptāḥ satāṁ gatim | yāṁ gatiṁ prārthayantīha jñāna-nirmala-buddhayaḥ ||
Thần Vāyu nói: “Quả thật hôm nay chúng ta đã viên mãn sở nguyện; đúng vậy, chúng ta đã đạt đến cảnh giới của bậc hiền thiện. Mục tiêu mà những bậc trí—tâm trí được gột sạch bởi chân tri—hằng cầu mong nơi đời này, chính mục tiêu ấy chúng ta đã chắc chắn đạt được. Vì thế, hôm nay chúng ta thật sự đã thành tựu.”
