Bhīṣma’s Yogic Departure, Royal Cremation, and Gaṅgā’s Lament (भीष्मस्य योगयुक्त्या देहत्यागः, पितृमेधः, गङ्गाविलापः)
जयो योगी युगान्ताभ: सव्यसाची रणाग्रग: । तेजसा हतवान् सर्व सुयोधनबलं नूप
bhīṣma uvāca | jayo yogī yugāntābhaḥ savyasācī raṇāgragaḥ | tejasā hatavān sarvaṃ suyodhanabalaṃ nṛpa |
Bhishma nói: “Arjuna toàn thắng—được thành tựu yoga, rực cháy như ngọn lửa vào lúc tận cùng một thời đại. Chàng là Savyasācin, cũng có thể bắn tên bằng tay trái, và đứng ở hàng đầu nơi chiến địa. Ôi bậc quân vương, chỉ bằng uy quang và dũng lực của mình, chàng đã tiêu diệt toàn bộ đạo quân của Suyodhana (Duryodhana).”
