कल्मषापहर-कीर्तनम् / Kīrtana for the Removal of Impurity
श्रीमहेश्वरने कहा--जो श्रेष्ठ मार्गको पानेकी इच्छा रखकर सदा ही ब्राह्मणोंसे उसके विषयमें पूछता है, धर्मका अन्वेषण करता और सद्गुणोंकी अभिलाषा रखता है, वही स्वर्गलोकके सुखका अनुभव करता है ।।
śrīmaheśvara uvāca—yo śreṣṭha-mārgaṃ prāptum icchan sadā brāhmaṇebhyaḥ tasya viṣaye pṛcchati, dharmam anviṣyati, sadguṇānām abhīlāṣaṃ ca dhatte, sa eva svargalokasya sukham anubhavati. yadi mānuṣatāṃ devi kadācit sa nigacchati, medhāvī dhāraṇā-yuktaḥ prāyas tatra abhijāyate.
Śrī Maheśvara nói: “Ai khát cầu đạt đến con đường tối thượng, luôn hỏi các brāhmaṇa về con đường ấy, truy cầu dharma và khao khát các đức hạnh cao quý—chỉ người ấy mới hưởng được an lạc của cõi trời. Và nếu, hỡi Nữ thần, người ấy có khi trở lại làm người, thì trong đời ấy thường sinh ra thông tuệ, lại có năng lực ghi nhớ và sự hiểu biết vững bền.”
