स शूद्र: संशिततपा: सत्यवादी जितेन्द्रिय: । शुश्रूषुरतिथिं प्राप्त तप: संचिनुते महत्
sa śūdraḥ saṃśitatapāḥ satyavādī jitendriyaḥ | śuśrūṣur atithiṃ prāptaṃ tapaḥ saṃcinute mahat ||
Mahādeva nói: “Śūdra ấy—được rèn luyện trong khổ hạnh, chuyên tâm với chân lý và làm chủ các giác quan—khi kính cẩn phục vụ vị khách vừa đến, sẽ tích lũy công đức tapas lớn lao. Với người ấy, dharma biểu hiện thành sự phục vụ tự nó trở thành một khổ hạnh nghiêm khắc.”
