तस्या वत्समुखोत्सृष्ट: फेनो मद्गात्रमागतः । ततो दग्धा मया गावो नानावर्णत्वमागता:
tasyā vatsamukhotsṛṣṭaḥ pheno madgātram āgataḥ | tato dagdhā mayā gāvo nānāvārṇatvam āgatāḥ ||
Mahādeva nói: “Từ con bò ấy, bọt từ miệng bê con văng ra rơi lên thân ta. Ta nổi giận, liền khiến đàn bò chịu sức nóng; bị cơn thịnh nộ của ta thiêu đốt, đàn bò trở nên mang nhiều màu sắc khác nhau.”
