पापात् प्रवर्धतो दृष्टया कल्याणानावसीदत: । ध्रुवं गर्हयसे नित्यं तेनासि हरिण: कृश:
pāpāt pravardhato dṛṣṭvā kalyāṇān avasīdataḥ | dhruvaṃ garhayase nityaṃ tenāsi hariṇaḥ kṛśaḥ ||
“Thấy tội ác ngày càng dâng lên, còn người hiền—đang làm việc thiện—lại bị dìm xuống và phải chịu khổ, hẳn ngươi cứ mãi trách cứ cảnh đời ấy hết lần này đến lần khác. Sự oán thán âm thầm ấy làm ngươi hao mòn; vì thế ngươi gầy guộc và tái nhợt như nai.”
