दानकृद्धि: कृत: पन्था येन यान्ति मनीषिण: । ते हि प्राणस्य दातारस्तेषु धर्म: प्रतिष्ठित:

Transliteration

dānakṛddhiḥ kṛtaḥ panthā yena yānti manīṣiṇaḥ | te hi prāṇasya dātāras teṣu dharmaḥ pratiṣṭhitaḥ ||

Translation

Vyāsa nói: Con đường đã được mở ra bởi những người thực hành bố thí; chính theo con đường ấy mà bậc hiền trí bước đi. Vì người cho được xem như kẻ ban tặng cả sự sống, và nơi họ, dharma có nền tảng vững bền.
