Transliteration

Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: yad varaṁ sarvatīrthānāṁ tan me brūhi pitāmaha | yatra caiva paraṁ śaucaṁ tan me vyākhyātum arhasi ||

Translation

Yudhiṣṭhira thưa: “Bạch Tổ phụ, xin Người cho con biết nơi hành hương (tīrtha) nào là tối thượng trong mọi tīrtha. Và xin giảng cho con rõ về tīrtha ấy—nơi mà chỉ cần đến đó là đạt được sự thanh tịnh cao nhất.”
