मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity

युगकल्पसहस्राणि त्रीण्यावसति वै सुखम्‌ । वहाँ उसे अमृतका आहार प्राप्त होता है तथा वह तृष्णारहित हो वहाँ रहकर आनन्द भोगता है। राजन! वह दिव्यरूपधारी पुरुष राजर्षियोंद्वारा वर्णित देवर्षियोंके चरित्रका श्रवण-मनन करता है और श्रेष्ठ विमानपर आरूढ़ हो मनोरम सुन्दरियोंके साथ मदोन्मत्तभावसे रमण करता हुआ तीन हजार युगों एवं कल्पोंतक वहाँ सुखपूर्वक निवास करता है

yugakalpasahasrāṇi trīṇy āvasati vai sukham |

Bhishma nói: Suốt ba nghìn chu kỳ yuga và kalpa, người ấy an trú nơi đó trong hạnh phúc. Ở cõi ấy, người ấy được nuôi dưỡng bằng thứ như cam lộ, dứt mọi khát khao và dục vọng, hưởng niềm an lạc. Tâu Đại vương, người rực sáng mang hình tướng thần diệu ấy lắng nghe và suy niệm về hạnh trạng các devarishi do các rajarsi thuật lại; rồi lên cỗ thiên xa (vimana) thù thắng, vui đùa trong men say hoan lạc cùng những mỹ nữ tuyệt trần, và cứ thế cư ngụ an vui suốt ba nghìn yuga và kalpa.
