Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity

अप्यदृष्टं श्रवादेव पुरुषं धर्मचारिणम्‌ | भूतिकर्माणि कुर्वाणं तं जना: कुर्वते प्रियम्‌

apy adṛṣṭaṃ śravād eva puruṣaṃ dharmacāriṇam | bhūtikarmāṇi kurvāṇaṃ taṃ janāḥ kurvate priyam ||

Bhishma nói: “Dẫu chưa từng gặp mặt, người đời vẫn mến chuộng một người có hạnh kiểm chính trực chỉ bằng cách nghe danh—khi người ấy chuyên tâm làm những việc đem phúc lợi và thịnh vượng cho kẻ khác.”
