Parikṣit–Śṛṅgī–Takṣaka Causal Link
तस्मात् सम्मन्त्रयामोड्द्य भुजजड्रानामनामयम् | यथा भवेद्धि सर्वेषां मा न: कालो5त्यगादयम्
tasmāt sammantrayāmoddya bhujagendrāṇām anāmayam | yathā bhaved dhi sarveṣāṁ mā naḥ kālo ’tyagād ayam, yathā naṣṭaṁ purā devā gūḍham agniṁ guhāgatam ||
Vì vậy, hôm nay chúng ta hãy bàn bạc kỹ lưỡng về phương kế bảo toàn phúc lợi và sự an toàn của các chúa tể loài rắn. Chớ để thời khắc này trôi qua vô ích. Nếu cùng nhau nghị luận, ắt sẽ tìm ra lối thoát khỏi hiểm nạn—như thuở xưa các thần đã phát hiện ngọn lửa bị thất lạc, ẩn sâu trong hang động.
