Lời kết (colophon) này đánh dấu sự hoàn tất của đơn vị tự sự ấy và báo hiệu sự chuyển sang phần tiếp theo của văn bản.

Educational Q&A

This line is a colophon rather than a doctrinal verse: it teaches how the Mahābhārata is organized and transmitted—episodes (upākhyānas) are embedded within larger narrative frames, and chapter-end markers preserve textual integrity and guide the reader through the work’s structure.

No new event occurs here; Vaiśampāyana signals closure. The statement announces that the chapter dealing with the Yunda–Upayunda episode, situated within the Ādi Parva’s internal section connected with Vidura’s arrival and royal affairs, has concluded.
