समन्तपञ्चक-आख्यानम् तथा अक्षौहिणी-प्रमाणनिर्णयः
Samantapañcaka Narrative and the Measure of an Akṣauhiṇī
इसके बाद है अत्यन्त भयानक एवं दारुण मौसलपर्व। तत्पश्चात् महाप्रस्थानपर्व और स्वर्गारोहण-पर्व आते हैं
tataḥ paraṃ atyanta-bhayānakaṃ ca dāruṇaṃ ca mausala-parva bhavati | tataḥ paścāt mahāprasthāna-parva svargārohaṇa-parva ca āyātaḥ |
Sau đó đến «Mausala Parva», vô cùng kinh hoàng và thảm khốc, kể về kết cục diệt vong do sự tàn sát lẫn nhau. Tiếp theo là «Mahāprasthāna Parva», thuật cuộc hành trình cuối cùng vĩ đại của các Pāṇḍava, và «Svargārohaṇa Parva», kể việc họ thăng lên cõi trời.
