तैरेव पठितव्यं च श्रोतव्यं च शिवात्मभिः शिवोत्सवेषु सर्वेषु चतुर्दश्यष्टमीषु च

Transliteration

taireva paṭhitavyaṃ ca śrotavyaṃ ca śivātmabhiḥ śivotsaveṣu sarveṣu caturdaśyaṣṭamīṣu ca

Translation

Những thánh tụng ấy nên được chính các tín đồ có nội tâm an trụ nơi Śiva tụng đọc và lắng nghe—trong mọi lễ hội của Śiva, và đặc biệt vào ngày trăng mười bốn và ngày trăng mồng tám.
