Adhyaya 8: Yogasthanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama-Siddhi, and Shiva-Dhyana leading to Samadhi

लब्ध्वासनानि विधिवद् योगसिद्ध्यर्थम् आत्मवित् आदेशकाले योगस्य दर्शनं हि न विद्यते

labdhvāsanāni vidhivad yogasiddhyartham ātmavit ādeśakāle yogasya darśanaṃ hi na vidyate

Khi đã đúng pháp thiết lập các tư thế (āsana) để cầu thành tựu yogic, bậc tự-tri (ātma-vit) hiểu rằng: ngay lúc chỉ mới nghe lời chỉ dạy, cái thấy trực tiếp về Yoga vẫn chưa đạt được.
