पृथिवीं पादमूलात्तु गुह्यदेशाज्जलं तथा नाभिदेशात् तथा वह्निं हृदयाद्भास्करं तथा

Transliteration

pṛthivīṃ pādamūlāttu guhyadeśājjalaṃ tathā nābhideśāt tathā vahniṃ hṛdayādbhāskaraṃ tathā

Translation

Từ lòng bàn chân, hãy an trí và quán niệm địa đại; từ vùng kín, quán thủy đại; từ vùng rốn, quán hỏa đại; và từ tim, quán quang huy của mặt trời—như vậy sắp đặt các năng lực ngũ đại trong thân để phụng thờ Śiva.
