Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It highlights Shiva as Vibhu (Pati) whose anugraha can elevate the devotee beyond ordinary destiny—suggesting that sincere Shiva-bhakti and Linga-centered dharma culminate in divine upliftment.
By calling Him Vibhu, the verse points to Shiva as the all-pervading sovereign Lord (Pati) who has the power to bestow higher states by grace, transcending the bonds (pāśa) that limit the pashu (individual soul).
No specific rite is named in this line; the takeaway is the Shaiva Siddhanta emphasis that liberation or exalted ascent is ultimately perfected by Shiva’s anugraha, typically attained through Linga-puja, vrata, and Pashupata-oriented discipline.
