एतेन क्रमयोगेन भूम्यर्धे दक्षिणोत्तरे उदयास्तमने नित्यम् अहोरात्रं विशत्य् अपः

etena kramayogena bhūmyardhe dakṣiṇottare udayāstamane nityam ahorātraṃ viśaty apaḥ

Theo tuần tự của krama-yoga, ở nửa nam và nửa bắc của địa cầu, vào lúc mặt trời mọc và lúc mặt trời lặn, nước không ngừng đi vào vòng vận hành của ngày và đêm.
