मानसोपरि माहेन्द्री प्राच्यां मेरोः पुरी स्थिता दक्षिणे भानुपुत्रस्य वरुणस्य च वारुणी

Transliteration

mānasopari māhendrī prācyāṃ meroḥ purī sthitā dakṣiṇe bhānuputrasya varuṇasya ca vāruṇī

Translation

Phía trên (hồ) Mānasa, về phương đông, có Māhendrī—thành của Meru—an tọa. Về phương nam là Vāruṇī, thuộc về Varuṇa và cũng thuộc về con của Bhānu; như thế nêu rõ các phương thần thánh và nơi ngự của các bậc chủ phương.
