कुलालचक्रपर्यन्तो यथा शीघ्रं प्रवर्तते दक्षिणप्रक्रमे देवस् तथा शीघ्रं प्रवर्तते

Transliteration

kulālacakraparyanto yathā śīghraṃ pravartate dakṣiṇaprakrame devas tathā śīghraṃ pravartate

Translation

Như bánh xe người thợ gốm quay nhanh trọn vòng, cũng vậy, khi nghi lễ tiến theo chiều hữu nhiễu (dakṣiṇa), vị Deva—Śiva, Chúa Tể (Pati)—vận hành mau lẹ, ban quả báo chóng thành cho paśu còn bị ràng buộc.
