Adhyaya 23: श्वेत-लोहित-पीत-कृष्ण-विश्व-कल्पेषु रुद्रस्वरूप-गायत्री-तत्त्ववर्णनम्
मत्कृतेन च वर्णेन कल्पो वै लोहितः स्मृतः तदा लोहितमांसास्थिलोहितक्षीरसंभवा
matkṛtena ca varṇena kalpo vai lohitaḥ smṛtaḥ tadā lohitamāṃsāsthilohitakṣīrasaṃbhavā
Do sắc màu do chính Ta tạo nên, kiếp ấy được ghi nhớ là “Lohita Kalpa” (Kiếp Đỏ). Khi ấy, các loài hữu tình phát sinh trong những hình tướng gắn với máu đỏ, thịt, xương và dòng sữa đỏ hồng—sinh khởi tùy theo sắc ấy.
