Sông Kaverī là dòng sông rộng lớn, nước thanh tịnh và linh thiêng. Ai tắm trong dòng ấy và làm nghi thức dâng nước, sẽ được giải thoát khỏi mọi tội lỗi—dù đã giữ chay giới ba đêm, hay chỉ một đêm cũng vậy.
