द्व्यामुष्यायणिको दद्याद् बीजिक्षेत्रिकयोः समम् / ऋक्यादर्धं समादद्यान्नियोगोत्पादितो यदि
dvyāmuṣyāyaṇiko dadyād bījikṣetrikayoḥ samam / ṛkyādardhaṃ samādadyānniyogotpādito yadi
Người con thuộc hai dòng phụ hệ (dvyāmuṣyāyaṇika) phải chia gia sản ngang nhau giữa người gieo giống (bījī) và người chồng hợp pháp/chủ ‘thửa ruộng’ (kṣetrika). Nhưng nếu đứa trẻ được sinh ra do niyoga, thì chỉ nhận một nửa phần đáng lẽ thuộc về người thừa tự chính (ṛkya).
