अथ पिण्डावशिष्टान्नं विधिना भोजयेद् द्विजान् / मांसान्यपूपान् विविधान् दद्यात् कृसरपायसम्
atha piṇḍāvaśiṣṭānnaṃ vidhinā bhojayed dvijān / māṃsānyapūpān vividhān dadyāt kṛsarapāyasam
Bấy giờ, theo đúng nghi thức, hãy thọ trai và cúng dưỡng các bậc dvija (người “hai lần sinh”) bằng phần thức ăn còn lại sau lễ piṇḍa; lại nên dâng các loại thịt và bánh apūpa khác nhau, cùng kṛsara (cơm trộn) và pāyasa (cơm sữa ngọt).
