Karma-yoga Discipline for the Twice-born: Upanayana, Upavīta Conduct, Guru-veneration, and Alms-regimen

असावहं भो नामेति सम्यक् प्रणतिपूर्वकम् / आयुरारोग्यसिद्ध्यर्थं तन्द्रादिपरिवर्जितः

asāvahaṃ bho nāmeti samyak praṇatipūrvakam / āyurārogyasiddhyarthaṃ tandrādiparivarjitaḥ

Với sự phủ phục đúng phép, người ta nên xướng đúng công thức: “Đây là con—bạch đấng tôn kính—tên là…”. Để được trường thọ và thoát khỏi bệnh tật, hãy lìa bỏ sự uể oải và các chướng ngại tương tự.
