On the Causes/Means of Knowledge

तस्माच्छतगुणैर्हीनः कर्ममानसुरः स्मृतः / कल्पाद्यैः प्रेरिताः सर्वे रुद्राद्या अधिकारिणः

tasmācchataguṇairhīnaḥ karmamānasuraḥ smṛtaḥ / kalpādyaiḥ preritāḥ sarve rudrādyā adhikāriṇaḥ

Vì vậy, kẻ được gọi là “karma-mānāsura” được hiểu là thiếu đức hạnh gấp trăm lần. Tất cả các bậc được bổ nhiệm nắm quyền—khởi từ Rudra trở đi—đều hành động dưới mệnh lệnh thúc đẩy của trật tự vũ trụ (kalpa và các quy định nguyên sơ).
