Mantra-Nyāsa and Elemental Maṇḍalas: Nāga Invocation and Garuḍa–Bhairava Dhyāna for Protection

Bấy giờ, hành giả nên thực hiện phép an đặt (nyāsa) “vyāpaka” bao trùm khắp, khởi từ các nguyên lý (tattva), theo thứ tự đặt lên các khớp ngón tay; sau đó lại làm nyāsa của các đại chủng (bhūta), và cũng an đặt lên các chi phần của Śiva (Śivāṅga) như vậy.
