पानाहारादयो यस्य विरुद्धाः प्रकृतेरपि / श्वसुखायोपकल्प्यन्ते तत्साम्यमिति कथ्यते

pānāhārādayo yasya viruddhāḥ prakṛterapi / śvasukhāyopakalpyante tatsāmyamiti kathyate

Đối với người mà việc uống, ăn và các yếu tố khác—dẫu trái với thể tạng tự nhiên—vẫn trở nên thích hợp cho sự an lạc và khỏe mạnh của mình, trạng thái ấy được gọi là “quân bình” (cân bằng).
