śrāvaṇe karavīraṃ ca śambhave śūlapāṇaye / gandhāśano ghṛtādyaiśca karavīrajaśodhanam

Translation

Trong tháng Śrāvaṇa, nên dâng hoa karavīra lên Śambhu (Śiva), Đấng cầm đinh ba. Lại nên làm nghi thức tịnh hóa karavīra bằng hương liệu và bơ sữa tinh khiết (ghee) cùng các vật phẩm khác.
