एतेन पूजाविधिना मासान् द्वादश हायनम् । नीत्वाथोपरमेत्साध्वी कार्तिके चरमेऽहनि ॥ २१ ॥

Transliteration

etena pūjā-vidhinā māsān dvādaśa hāyanam nītvāthoparamet sādhvī kārtike carame ’hani

Translation

Theo nghi thức thờ phụng này, người vợ trinh khiết phải liên tục thực hành phụng sự bhakti suốt mười hai tháng, tức một năm. Khi hết một năm, vào ngày rằm tháng Kārttika, nàng nên nhịn ăn và kết thúc lời nguyện.
