तस्मादकीर्तियशसोर्जयापजययोरपि । सम: स्यात्सुखदु:खाभ्यां मृत्युजीवितयोस्तथा ॥ १४ ॥

Transliteration

tasmād akīrti-yaśasor jayāpajayayor api samaḥ syāt sukha-duḥkhābhyāṁ mṛtyu-jīvitayos tathā

Translation

Vì mọi sự đều tùy thuộc ý chí tối thượng của Thượng Đế, người tu nên giữ tâm bình đẳng trước danh và nhục, thắng và bại, sống và chết; đối với hệ quả là vui và khổ cũng phải an trụ quân bình, không lo sợ.
