Nṛsiṁhadeva Appears from the Pillar and Slays Hiraṇyakaśipu
श्रीवैतालिका ऊचु: सभासु सत्रेषु तवामलं यशो गीत्वा सपर्यां महतीं लभामहे । यस्तामनैषीद् वशमेष दुर्जनो द्विष्टया हतस्ते भगवन्यथामय: ॥ ५४ ॥
śrī-vaitālikā ūcuḥ sabhāsu satreṣu tavāmalaṁ yaśo gītvā saparyāṁ mahatīṁ labhāmahe yas tām anaiṣīd vaśam eṣa durjano dviṣṭyā hatas te bhagavan yathāmayaḥ
Dân Vaitālika-loka thưa: Lạy Chúa Tối Thượng, trong các hội chúng lớn và đàn tế yajña, chúng con ca tụng vinh quang thanh tịnh của Ngài nên được mọi người kính trọng. Nhưng ác quỷ này đã cướp lấy địa vị ấy. Nay nhờ hồng ân Ngài, nó đã bị diệt, như bệnh kinh niên được chữa lành.
