Bharata Mahārāja’s Ideal Kingship and His Transition from Yajña to Exclusive Bhakti at Pulahāśrama
परोरज: सवितुर्जातवेदो देवस्य भर्गो मनसेदं जजान । सुरेतसाद: पुनराविश्य चष्टे हंसं गृध्राणं नृषद्रिङ्गिरामिम: ॥ १४ ॥
paro-rajaḥ savitur jāta-vedo devasya bhargo manasedaṁ jajāna suretasādaḥ punar āviśya caṣṭe haṁsaṁ gṛdhrāṇaṁ nṛṣad-riṅgirām imaḥ
“Đấng Tối Thượng ngự trong thiện tính thuần khiết. Ngài chiếu sáng toàn vũ trụ và ban mọi ân phúc cho các tín đồ. Từ năng lực linh thiêng của chính mình, Ngài tạo dựng thế giới này; rồi theo ý muốn, Ngài đi vào vũ trụ với tư cách Paramātmā, và bằng các năng lực khác nhau, Ngài duy trì mọi sinh linh đang khao khát hưởng thụ vật chất. Con xin đảnh lễ Ngài, Đấng ban trí tuệ.”
The predominating Deity of the sun is another expansion of Nārāyaṇa, who is illuminating the entire universe. The Lord enters the hearts of all living entities as the Supersoul, and He gives them intelligence and fulfills their material desires. This is also confirmed in Bhagavad-gītā. Sarvasya cāhaṁ hṛdi sanniviṣṭaḥ. “I am sitting in everyone’s heart.” ( Bg. 15.15 )
