यत्र ह वाव न भयमहोरात्रादिभि: कालविभागैरुपलक्ष्यते ॥ ११ ॥

Transliteration

yatra ha vāva na bhayam aho-rātrādibhiḥ kāla-vibhāgair upalakṣyate.

Translation

Vì trong các cõi hạ giới ấy không có ánh mặt trời, thời gian không được phân chia thành ngày và đêm; do đó nỗi sợ hãi do thời gian gây ra cũng không hiện hữu nơi ấy.
