Vibhūti-yoga in the Bhāgavata: The Lord’s Manifest Opulences and the Discipline of Control

Lord Kṛṣṇa was pleased that His two friends, Arjuna and Uddhava, had posed the same question regarding the opulences of the Personality of Godhead. Lord Kṛṣṇa considered it wonderful that His two dear friends had asked exactly the same question.
It states that Krishna had previously been asked the same question by Arjuna, who is praised as the best among those who know how to inquire, at a time when Arjuna sought to defeat his rival opponents.
Krishna cites Arjuna as an authoritative example of a proper questioner—someone who asks with purpose and sincerity—connecting earlier divine instruction with His present teaching on His opulences.
It encourages seekers to ask spiritually meaningful questions with clarity and purpose, approaching divine teachings as Arjuna did—earnestly, respectfully, and ready to act on the guidance received.
