अहो ऐश्वर्यमत्तानां मत्तानामिव मानिनाम् । असम्बद्धा गिरो रुक्षा: क: सहेतानुशासिता ॥ ३९ ॥

Transliteration

aho aiśvarya-mattānāṁ mattānām iva māninām asambaddhā giṛo rukṣāḥ kaḥ sahetānuśāsītā

Translation

Hãy xem! Bọn Kuru kiêu mạn này say men quyền lực tự cho là lớn lao, như kẻ say rượu thường. Lời lẽ rời rạc, thô bạo của họ—một bậc cầm quyền thật sự có quyền ra lệnh nào lại chịu nổi?
