Kṛṣṇa Defeats Bāṇāsura and Receives Śiva’s Prayers

अवध्योऽयं ममाप्येष वैरोचनिसुतोऽसुर: । प्रह्रादाय वरो दत्तो न वध्यो मे तवान्वय: ॥ ४७ ॥
avadhyo ’yaṁ mamāpy eṣa vairocani-suto ’suraḥ prahrādāya varo datto na vadhyo me tavānvayaḥ
Ta sẽ không giết tên a-tu-la này, con của Vairocani, vì Ta đã ban cho Prahlāda Mahārāja ân phúc rằng Ta sẽ không sát hại bất cứ hậu duệ nào của ông.
