तदाकर्ण्येश्वरौ राजन्ननुसृत्य नृलोकताम् । अहो न: परमं कष्टमित्यस्राक्षौ विलेपतु: ॥ ९ ॥

tad ākarṇyeśvarau rājann anusṛtya nṛ-lokatām aho naḥ paramaṁ kaṣṭam ity asrākṣau vilepatuḥ

Translation

Nghe tin ấy, tâu Đại vương, Chúa Kṛṣṇa và Chúa Balarāma—như thuận theo lối người đời—kêu lên: “Than ôi! Đây là nỗi khổ lớn nhất đối với chúng Ta!” Rồi các Ngài than khóc, mắt đẫm lệ.
