एवं सप्तदशकृत्वस्तावत्यक्षौहिणीबल: । युयुधे मागधो राजा यदुभि: कृष्णपालितै: ॥ ४१ ॥

Transliteration

evaṁ saptadaśa-kṛtvas tāvaty akṣauhiṇī-balaḥ yuyudhe māgadho rājā yadubhiḥ kṛṣṇa-pālitaiḥ

Translation

Cứ như thế, vua xứ Magadha thua trận đến mười bảy lần; vậy mà ông vẫn tiếp tục giao chiến với các đạo quân akṣauhiṇī của mình chống lại lực lượng nhà Yadu được Śrī Kṛṣṇa che chở.
