Kṛṣṇa Enters Mathurā: City Splendor, Devotees’ Reception, and the Washerman’s Fate
अश्नन्त्य एकास्तदपास्य सोत्सवा अभ्यज्यमाना अकृतोपमज्जना: । स्वपन्त्य उत्थाय निशम्य नि:स्वनं प्रपाययन्त्योऽर्भमपोह्य मातर: ॥ २६ ॥
aśnantya ekās tad apāsya sotsavā abhyajyamānā akṛtopamajjanāḥ svapantya utthāya niśamya niḥsvanaṁ prapāyayantyo ’rbham apohya mātaraḥ
Những người đang ăn liền bỏ bữa vì hân hoan mà chạy ra; người khác đi ra khi chưa tắm hay xoa dầu xong; người đang ngủ nghe tiếng náo động liền bật dậy; và các bà mẹ đang cho con bú cũng đặt con sang một bên rồi vội vã đi.
