The Killing of Keśī and Vyomāsura; Nārada’s Prophetic Praise of Kṛṣṇa
saḥ labdha-saṁjñaḥ punar utthito ruṣā vyādāya keśī tarasāpatad dharim so ’py asya vaktre bhujam uttaraṁ smayan praveśayām āsa yathoragaṁ bile
This verse describes Keśī attacking again in rage, and Kṛṣṇa calmly smiling as He inserts His arm into the demon’s mouth, showing the Lord’s effortless supremacy over evil.
Keśī charged with his mouth wide open to devour Him, and Kṛṣṇa countered by thrusting His arm inside, turning the demon’s aggression into the very means of his defeat.
When fear or hostility rushes in, remember the Lord’s calm mastery—steadiness, prayerful remembrance, and trust in divine protection help transform threats into occasions for spiritual strength.
