The Killing of Keśī and Vyomāsura; Nārada’s Prophetic Praise of Kṛṣṇa
This verse describes the boys in Vraja playing “without fear from any direction” (akutobhayāḥ), showing how life centered on Kṛṣṇa naturally becomes fearless.
He is portraying the simple, playful atmosphere of Vraja—children imitating roles from village life—while the narrative moves through Kṛṣṇa’s līlā around this time.
By cultivating Kṛṣṇa-centered remembrance and devotion, one learns to act with steadiness instead of anxiety—doing one’s duties while reducing fear-driven thinking.
