mañcāḥ kriyantāṁ vividhā malla-raṅga-pariśritāḥ paurā jānapadāḥ sarve paśyantu svaira-saṁyugam

Hãy dựng một võ đài đấu vật với nhiều khán đài bao quanh, và đưa tất cả cư dân thành phố cùng các vùng ngoại ô đến xem cuộc thi đấu công khai này.
