Vīrabhadra Destroys Dakṣa’s Sacrifice
Dakṣa-yajña-vināśa
क्रुद्ध: सुदष्टौष्ठपुट: स धूर्जटि- र्जटां तडिद्वह्निसटोग्ररोचिषम् । उत्कृत्य रुद्र: सहसोत्थितो हसन् गम्भीरनादो विससर्ज तां भुवि ॥ २ ॥
kruddhaḥ sudaṣṭauṣṭha-puṭaḥ sa dhūr-jaṭir jaṭāṁ taḍid-vahni-saṭogra-rociṣam utkṛtya rudraḥ sahasotthito hasan gambhīra-nādo visasarja tāṁ bhuvi
Trong cơn thịnh nộ tột cùng, Śiva—Đấng Dhūrjaṭi—nghiến chặt môi, giật một lọn tóc bện trên đầu, rực cháy như điện quang và lửa. Ngài lập tức đứng bật dậy, cười như kẻ cuồng, phát tiếng gầm trầm hùng rồi ném lọn tóc ấy xuống đất.
