अन्ववर्तन्त यं देवा: श्रीश्च तत्पादपद्मयो: । स्पृहयन्त इवामोदं भगवान्मे प्रसीदताम् ॥ ३७ ॥
anvavartanta yaṁ devāḥ śrīś ca tat-pāda-padmayoḥ spṛhayanta ivāmodaṁ bhagavān me prasīdatām
Chư thiên cùng Śrī (Lakṣmī) đều phụng sự sen chân của Ngài, như thể khao khát hương thơm nơi ấy. Nguyện Bhagavān ấy hoan hỷ với con.
This verse shows Aditi praying for the Lord’s mercy, glorifying Him as the one followed by the devas and served by Lakṣmī—teaching that sincere stuti and surrender are powerful ways to seek His pleasure.
Aditi highlights the Lord’s supreme position: even Śrī (Lakṣmī), the goddess of fortune, remains at His lotus feet, indicating that all auspiciousness and fulfillment rest in devotion to Him.
Cultivate humility and steadiness in devotion—seek inner “fortune” (peace, clarity, virtue) by placing life’s goals at the Lord’s feet rather than chasing temporary gains.
