सखायं पतितं द‍ृष्ट्वा जम्भो बलिसख: सुहृत् । अभ्ययात् सौहृदं सख्युर्हतस्यापि समाचरन् ॥ १३ ॥

Transliteration

sakhāyaṁ patitaṁ dṛṣṭvā jambho bali-sakhaḥ suhṛt abhyayāt sauhṛdaṁ sakhyur hatasyāpi samācaran

Translation

Thấy bạn mình là Bali ngã xuống, Jambhāsura—bạn hữu và người thân tín của Bali—tiến đến trước Indra, kẻ thù, để giữ trọn nghĩa tình bằng thái độ thân thiện đối với người bạn đã bị đánh gục.
