Transliteration

ākūtyāṁ devahūtyāṁ ca duhitros tasya vai manoḥ dharma-jñānopadeśārthaṁ bhagavān putratāṁ gataḥ

Translation

Svāyambhuva Manu có hai ái nữ: Ākūti và Devahūti. Vì mục đích truyền dạy dharma và tri kiến, Bhagavān đã xuất hiện từ thai họ, lần lượt làm con trai Yajñamūrti và Kapila.
