Sukta 51

शतानीकेव प्र जिगाति धृष्णुया हन्ति वृत्राणि दाशुषे । गिरेरिव प्र रसा अस्य पिन्विरे दत्राणि पुरुभोजसः

śatānī́kā iva prá jigāti dhṛ́ṣṇuyā hánti vṛtrā́ṇi dāśúṣe | girér iva prá rásā asya pinvire dā́trāṇi purubhójasah

Like one with hundred hosts he presses on; with daring might he smites the Vṛtras for the pious giver. Like juices from a mountain forth they swell—his gifts, of him who yields enjoyment unto many.

Ngài tiến lên như kẻ có trăm đạo quân; với sức mạnh gan dạ, Ngài đánh tan các Vṛtra vì người dâng hiến với lòng mộ đạo. Như dòng tinh chất từ núi tuôn trào dâng đầy, những ân tặng của Ngài—đấng ban sự hưởng thụ cho muôn người—cũng nở rộng tràn lên.
